The Office of 大学交流 manages internal and external communication for the 大学. When your office or department has an event announcement, 新闻, 或者分享故事, we can assist by distributing the information to the campus community, local churches and news media as appropriate. Information can also be considered for publication in 焦点 magazine, in the 湖联合先驱报 or on social media.

The bet365中文议程 is the primary source of campus information and is updated regularly. 每个星期四, an bet365中文议程 email is sent to students, 教师, staff and a list of off-campus subscribers and highlights the latest news and announcements. 部分包括:

If you have an bet365中文大学 username and password, please visit bet365中文.edu/agenda, select “Add new Agenda item” and log in with your username and password to submit an event or posting to the Agenda.

大学交流 is able to submit bulletin announcements to a number of local churches. Requests for bulletin announcement submission can be sent to pr@bet365中文.edu.

bet365中文大学 values its relationship with the news media and has established procedures to maintain and strengthen those relationships. To assure message consistency to the media, 大学交流 requests that any media contacts be made through our office.
大学交流 regularly shares bet365中文大学 news and stories with media, including local media and church media. It is also the responsibility of 大学交流 to coordinate a response to media inquiries.
新闻稿和故事
In general, a news release is 300–500 words in length, while a story may vary in length. News releases and stories may be written by a 大学交流 staff member or a student writer. Pre-written news releases and stories may be submitted to pr@bet365中文.edu, but please 不e that 大学交流 reserves the right to edit news releases and stories and determine whether they are appropriate for distribution to the media.

When members of the Andrews campus community are contacted directly by the media, they should contact 大学交流 before answering any questions from the media. Please remember to complete the following steps even if you feel you are the appropriate person for an interview:
- Write down the reporter’s name, media affiliation, phone number and email address.

Politely but firmly ask the reporter to wait until you have contacted the 大学交流 team.
- Suggested phrasing: “We want to make sure the appropriate person speaks with you so you are provided with the most accurate information. The best person to arrange that for you is our 媒体关系经理.”
- Contact the 媒体关系经理 at 269-471-3345 or pr@bet365中文.edu.
- Please 不e: if you are concerned with media behavior, contact 大学交流. If you feel unsafe with media’s actions, contact 校园安全 at 269-471-3321.
Please remember there is no such thing as “off the record”—do 不 give any information out prior to working with the Office of 大学交流.

焦点
焦点, the bet365中文大学 alumni magazine, is published on a quarterly basis. Andrews departmental news and news releases will be considered for inclusion in the Campus Update section. Online archives of 焦点 magazines can be found at 焦点.bet365中文.edu. All 焦点 submissions, including feature story ideas, should be emailed to 焦点@bet365中文.edu.
湖联合先驱报
bet365中文大学 submits a 500-word news or feature story for each issue of the 湖联合先驱报 magazine. Since the 湖联合先驱报's deadline is two months prior to publication, stories should be relatively "timeless.” Story ideas can be emailed to pr@bet365中文.edu.
社交媒体
大学交流 is responsible for all official bet365中文大学 social media accounts, which are intended to share information with the campus community and all others interested in the life of the 大学. Requests and ideas related to social media can be submitted to socialmedia@bet365中文.edu.
